U.S. BAILOUT PLAN & MASS TRANSIT - The U. S. GOVERNMENT is pouring
billions of dollars into the economy to stimulate it, create jobs, help with the
foreclosure problem, and ease up credit for the consumer and business. I will try to
explain why the BAILOUT PLAN AND MASS TRANSIT go hand and hand.
            1. First of all the fastest and most effective way to reduce air pollution and dependence on foreign oil is to get more people out of cars and onto trains or buses.

            2. There are a lot of large cities in the U. S. without any kind of mass transit. 
That means pollution, using of more oil, and expensive upkeep and maintenance on the
roads. 

            3. Up to now the big argument has been that it will cost to much money to build.

            4. People driving to work now are wasting time on the road, using a lot gas and
maintenance on their cars.

            5. We have a lot of people unemployed right now. This kind of proposal would
create jobs for thousands of people.

            6. The money is now available, so let's make good use of it. 

            7. This type of commitment will payoff for decades. 

            8. Let's start building a solid  America and put people back to work.
