                                                      OFF THE WALL

THE PRACTICAL ELECTRIC CAR - When we are talking practical we are talking
about a inexpensive, plain, will go a good distance on a charge, a safe to drive, very
little maintenance, roomy, and inexpensive to keep up. Lets get rid of the combustible,
inefficient, expensive to work on, polluting, too many parts to go wrong, a dinosaur
ready to put to rest,  the gas automobile. The natural gas engine is in the same category,
but with natural gas.

WHAT WE WANT IN AN ELECTRIC CAR :
            1.
100 miles on a charge is a good place to start. These companies that come out
with car that get 40 miles are ridiculous. We want to be able to  commute to work without
recharging our cars. I am talking about every day travel to and from work.

            2. The price should be between $12,000 and $15,000, and no extras. Keep it
simple.

            3. In the near future they have to have recharging stations, maybe at gas stations.

            4. The car will have no air conditioning, no electric extras like electric windows,
seats etc.. This will leave the electrical system for running the car, lights, and windshield
wipers.

            5. The car will have one style body, 4 doors and enough room for 4 or 5 people.

            6. For safety, the car will have a  aluminum safety cage around the passengers.

BEFORE ACTING UPON AN IDEA THAT CONCERNS YOUR
HEALTH, MONEY, OR ANY OTHER MAJOR DECISION IN YOUR LIFE,
IT IS A SMART IDEA TO GET TOGETHER WITH YOUR DOCTOR
FINANCIAL ADVISOR, LAWYER OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL THAT
CAN HELP YOU MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.

SOMETIMES A SECOND OPINION IS ADVISABLE. BEFORE
MAKING A DECISION ON AN IDEA, GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME
TO THINK ABOUT IT. IN THE LONG RUN YOUR DECISION IS THE
FINAL ONE. MAKE SURE YOU WEIGH THE PRO'S AND CON'S OF THE
IDEA.
